How does it work?
- Read our full facility and rental agreement
- Tour the facility
- Complete and submit or rental request form
- Turn in completed rental agreement
- Add BGCS to your insurance and provide us with a liability insurance waiver
- Provide us a copy of your photo ID
- $500.00 deposit is due when BGCS facility is reserved and will be refunded after the facility is inspected for any damages.
- All rental fees must be paid 7 days prior to event

- Entire Clubhouse – $130/hr
- Multipurpose Room – $75/hr
- Gym – $75/hr
- Kitchen – $50/hr
- Kitchen Add On – $50/hr
- Deposits – $200 for entire Clubhouse or $100 all others
Shonnard St

Facility Rates – Shonnard St
- Entire Clubhouse – $130/hr
- Multipurpose Room – $75/hr

A $50 Cleaning Fee is applicable to all reservations.
